When I was a kid, I remember my aunts making pulla (pronounced boo-la), which is Finnish sweet bread. It’s really just a sweet yeast bread, made with cardamom. When I was checking out, the cashier asked me if I wanted to buy the warranty on it for $2.50. For a second, I thought she was kidding. A $2.50 warranty on a $6.50 binder? Or even on an $8.99 binder?
