It’s unbelievable to me, as a first time mom, that Bub could go from
something I grew in my belly,

 

who came out as this wiggling, mewling, totally dependent baby,

 

  to someone who can stand at the sink and brush his own teeth. 

It blows my mind.

From the Front Lines

When I got Bub vaccinated against H1N1, the vaccination clinic started at 9 a.m.

So, naturally, I got there at 6:40.  *grin*

I was about the 12th person in line. 

Everyone was bundled up.  Bub was at home, snug in his bed.  Mr. Punky brought him later.

Remembering

All of this overcast, dreary October weather has me remembering back to last October.  That was when I went back to work after having Bub.
